Arnaldo founded Acros in 1997, of which he is President and CEO.
His experience in the insurance brokerage world began in 1985 when he became Account Executive at Alexander & Alexander, one of the most important multinational companies in the sector.
In 1988, he became a founding Partner and Director of Colombari & Associates, later transformed into Cassa & Assicurazioni S.p.A. after Cassa di Risparmio di Verona Vicenza Belluno and Ancona joined the company.
In 1990 he passed the exam and was registered as a Broker.
In 1995 he joined the Italian Board – with responsibility for managing the Verona branch – of Sedgwick, a multinational insurance brokerage company, where he remained until Acros was established.
In addition to his professional activities, Arnaldo has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fibras, Federazione Italiana Broker Assicurativi e Riassicurativi; a member of the National Committee for the maintenance of the Broker Register; a member of the Board of Directors of A.G.A.VER, Associazione Giovani Assicuratori di Verona; a member of the Board of Directors of Ente Morale Croce Verde di Verona; and a Director of the CasBi Assistance Fund.
He is currently President of the Consorzio Brokers Italiani.
