Arnaldo founded Acros in 1997 and he is currently Chairman and CEO.
His experience in insurance brokerage began in 1985 when he became Account Executive for Alexander & Alexander, one of the most important multinational companies in the sector.
In 1988 he became a founding partner and Director of Colombari & Associates, which later became Cassa & Assicurazioni S.p.A. after being acquired by the Cassa di Risparmio di Verona Vicenza Belluno e Ancona bank.
In 1990 he passed the exam and became a fully qualified Broker with the Italian Broker Registry.
In 1995 he joined Sedgwick, a multinational insurance brokerage company, as a member of the Italian board. There he was responsible for the management of the Veronese branch. He worked for Sedgwick until he founded Acros.
Apart from his own work and business commitments, Arnaldo has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Fibras, the Italian Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers; member of the National Committee for keeping the Broker Register; member of the Board of Directors of A.G.A.VER, Young Insurers Association of Verona; member of the Board of Directors of the Ente Morale Croce Verde of Verona; President of Consorzio Brokers Italiani from 2001 to 2016 and Director of the CasBi Assistance Fund.
